We want you to be completely in love with your Charlotte Simone piece. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
